Rhode Island Blankets

Our farm is participating in a statewide pool of fleece to make blankets. This is an exciting opportunity and anyone wanting to purchase a genuine 'Rhode Island Blanket' should contact us immediately as there will only be a small batch of blankets created.

Lambing

We have 20 new lambs this year who are quite a handful... But oh so cute(!) so how can we resist? The fleece from them during our next shearing will surely be bought up quickly so make your inquiry and reservation now!

Skilled Craftswoman Visits Bally Duff Farm

Ashley Martineau of Seattle visited our farm. She has an extraordinary skill is yarn spinning and knitting. This link to her website http://www.neauveau.com is a great place where you can learn how to dye our wool and also other wool techniques.

New Website for Bally Duff Farm

This is our new website created by Robin Ann Peters of robin-ann.com. Robin is a friend of our family for many years. We have gotten to know her from working with her grandparents at the Gate City Fence Company in Nashua, NH. Robin is an exceptional photographer; she does many of our professional photographs at home on the farm. Check out her commercial website www.robinannpeters.com - there are many great pictures there - soon including ours!

The website will have news and events new and old to the farm... posted by members of the Meek family along with all our regular pages listed in the menu at the top of each page!

Please enjoy the website... it's not all filled in yet, however we are working diligently on that for all of you.

Happy fleecing!
